Privacy Policy
Advisor Tech Hub provides annual subscription-based software automation for MFD GST invoice generation, CAMS/KFIN processing, bank statement reconciliation, GST report exports, credit notes, rental RCM support, auditor Excel exports, and related workflow tools.
Information We Collect
We collect only the information required to identify the user, manage access, provide support, and maintain subscription status. This may include name, email ID, mobile number, firm name, GST number, payment status, subscription details, login records, support communication, and basic activity logs such as run status and timestamps.
We may store client-entered settings such as Google Sheet ID, Google Drive folder ID, invoice prefix, email recipients, signatory details, and template configuration. These settings are required only to run the automation selected by the user.
User Data and Google Account Processing
Business files, source PDFs, ZIP files, bank statements, generated invoices, consolidated sheets, GST reports, upload templates, and reconciliation reports are processed using the user's authorized Google account and are stored in the user's Google Drive and Google Sheets unless a user intentionally shares them with us for support.
Our platform is designed so that the user's business data remains under the user's Google account. We do not maintain a central database of invoice-level client business data for resale or independent commercial use.
Google Permissions
When the user authorizes Google access, the application may request access to Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Gmail only for the purpose of creating folders, reading and writing selected spreadsheets, uploading or exporting files, generating reports, and sending emails requested by the user.
The user is responsible for ensuring that the Google account used for login has lawful access to the selected files and folders.
Payments and Subscription Data
Payments are handled through Razorpay or another approved payment gateway. We do not store card numbers, UPI credentials, bank passwords, CVV, OTP, or other sensitive payment credentials. We may store payment identifiers, subscription identifiers, invoice references, payment status, and renewal status to manage access to the platform.
How We Use Information
We use collected information to create and manage user accounts, verify subscription status, enable automation, provide support, send service emails, maintain audit logs, improve reliability, prevent misuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate important service updates.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. Information may be shared only with service providers required to operate the platform, including Firebase/Google Cloud, Google APIs, Razorpay, email delivery systems, and professional advisers where required for compliance, legal, accounting, or security purposes.
User Responsibility
Users must verify all generated invoices, GST reports, bank reconciliation results, credit notes, auditor reports, and mail attachments before filing, sending, uploading, or relying on them for statutory or business purposes. The platform is an automation aid and not a replacement for professional review.
Retention and Deletion
Account and subscription records may be retained for support, audit, tax, billing, and legal reasons. User-owned files stored inside the user's Google Drive can be deleted by the user directly from their Google account. Where deletion is technically and legally possible, users may request account-level deletion by contacting us.
Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards available through Firebase, Google Cloud, and Google authentication. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, and users should keep their Google account, passwords, recovery options, and device access secure.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, legal requirements, or service providers change. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
